We are looking for a Mid-Level Front-End Engineer with strong UX/UI sensibilities, someone who cares deeply about user experience, understands design principles, and can translate thoughtful UI into scalable, maintainable front-end architecture.

What You'll Work On
- Developing features within a headless, API-driven architecture
- Translating UX designs and wireframes into polished, production-ready interfaces
- Contributing to and evolving our design system
- Building reusable, scalable UI components
- Improving usability, accessibility, and booking flows in complex transactional applications
- Collaborating with product, design, backend, and AI teams
- Supporting AI-driven user experiences such as intelligent search, recommendations, and conversational interfaces
- Contributing to modernization efforts to transition toward scalable solutions
Our Technology Environment
- JavaScript (ES6+) and growing TypeScript adoption
- React (Next.js exposure is a plus)
- SCSS / modern CSS architecture
- RESTful APIs & headless integrations
- AI-powered services integrated into search and user flows
- Webpack and modern build tooling
- Git
- Ongoing modernization of legacy Backbone/templated PHP systems into scalable, component-driven architectures
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of professional front-end experience building production applications
- Strong understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with React or similar component-based frameworks
- Experience working with APIs in headless environments
- Solid understanding of UX principles (usability, accessibility, interaction design)
- Strong UI implementation skills (layout systems, spacing, typography, responsive design)
- Experience building reusable, design-system-aligned components
- Curiosity and openness toward AI-enhanced user experiences
- Ability to balance new feature development with ongoing system improvements
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset

Bonus Points
- Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system
- Experience working closely with designers in Figma
- TypeScript experience
- Familiarity with Next.js or SSR concepts
- Experience modernizing legacy applications
- Experience integrating AI-driven features (chat, recommendations, predictive UX)
- Experience in high-traffic, transactional applications (e-commerce, travel, SaaS)
