Cruise Group Space Management
The Revelex® Cruise Group Space engine is an application that provides agencies with the ability create and manage small to very large cruise groups in one easy-to-use interface that allows all agents to book into those groups as if they were live inventory.
Features:
- Group Contract: Lists all the group details provided by the cruise line with options for agency customization.
- Client Contracts: Creates a fully modifiable contract to the client from the group contract with the ability to create as many versions as necessary.
- Group Management: Consisting of comprehensive reporting tools to see every aspect of groups in the system (Group Summary (real time), Options Summary, Passenger Manifest, Group Space Statement, Air Manifest & Transfers).
- Group Space Accounting: Reporting tool for administrators to view several reports for groups in the system (Group Payment Projection, Group Payment Summary and Reconciliation Reports).
- Ease of use: Same quoting functionality as for normal cruise bookings within Power Agent®.
